Great your friend is alive and home. Hope he can still do something so he can continue working on detailing with you. He can still polish or vacuum or coat while you are doing other parts of the vehicle he can't reach.

You threw away the spare wheel locking plate and butterfly bolt in with the crap. Every seat and carpet needed a good soaking for at least an hour and a hot wash to kill the fleas and insect eggs.
The bank wanted everything thrown away..

How could someone do that to there vehicle. A vehicle is a reflection of ones self. When my Camry gets just a little bit dirty I go into panic mode. My Camry stays pretty clean inside. But it's because I keep it that way. Also I can't keep anything in my Camry because I live in a crime area. So what I put in I take out. Young kids will break into your car. Yes I said kids. But because of this it keeps me keeping my Camry cleaner. I'm a beginner detailer as well. I guess I'll never understand why people would do that to there vehicle.
