Saproxylic invertebrates are flies, beetles and other invertebrates associated with dead and decaying wood. They are an incredibly important part of woodland ecosystems and sadly becoming scarce in many parts of the UK. In this video, Ross and Graeme talk surveying and the threats to these critical invertebrates out on the Knepp Estate in West Sussex.
