See Ehn.. hmmm this matter wey una dey talk is deeper than una dey even talk am. We have a generation of instrumentalists that are all about SHOW OFF! yea I typed it in capital letters. It is really hurtful. Have you ever played in an atmosphere where all the instrumentalists are in sync in the spirit? Ohhh the entire audience and even yourself will feel a different touch. I hope many people see this and truly understand.

He must increase, but I must decrease... John 3:30-35
Very insightful message, in worship, everything that points to self-glorification must be removed.
That is how we make way for the King of kings through our songs.
    That is worship!
Thank you very much for this

it means worship should be your lifestyle. So that anytime you are called to perform, you are already in the atmosphere, so whatever performance you put out there on stage is a continuation of your lifestyle@@ehisomigie

    • @cheneba9242
      @cheneba9242 6 місяців тому

@@ehisomigieReading Romans 12:1-2, we learn that our lives are already a living sacrifice(if your born again😅) and we also know that WORSHIP is our LIVES(not songs). So when we get on stage we don't come to START worship but rather, we come to CONTINUE what we have been doing all day long i.e Worship through our lifestyle
The only difference is that on stage we have instruments,...
      I hope I tried😅🙏

This is just the power of been simple.
those simple chords James played just changed the atmosphere.
and honestly speaking, worshiping God before you worship on stage, I'm a living witness to that because it has happened to me several times.

You know its so interesting, as soon as Sunnie said "Let's speak in tongues", James' playing changed....He was praying on that piano, speaking in tongues on the keys. I recognize It because it happens a lot with me....releasing sound codes from the Spirit. Well done Sir! Will play this video for my team! And as you prophesied, this video will be a memorial and will help many musicians learn "THE RIGHT WAY TO PLAY: Be in the Spirit Continually!"

WOW! A band of musicians placing value on the spirit-life. Guys you'll go far in the music ministry. I learned how to prepare as a worship leader before mounting the stage. I pray 30mins, an hour and sometimes even 2 to 3 hours before leaving home for the stage at church. BUT! this video has taught me to be very intentional and be more critical about it. I've been casual about it but I'm going to ask the HOLY SPIRIT to help me go the extra mile. GOD richly bless you guys.

No matter how powerful the song is,if you as a person(singer, instrumentalist......) don't have the right spiritual energy to communicate the song to the people, the song won't minister to the people.... songs are door to dimensions they are Portals to realm too, but you yourself need to have an understanding of what you are about giving out to the masses...let the song minister to you first b4 ministering to others....or in other words be the song in person; let it be that when people see you the jus remember the song....
    Hope am right?.
It's is important as a music minister that you have a understanding of the songs not just understanding but spiritual understanding

    very powerful message ? yes
    some common church errors? yes...
You are talking about worship yet talking of being powerful since when does being powerful affect my worship it has nothing to do with power the harlot came to worship at his feet she didn't come to be tagged a worshiper.
Grace can only exist on an existing ability ke ? with all due respect
discipline and maturity in play was also what u mentioned in a rhematic way
but i get your message that is to bring a heart of worship to the play every other thing they were yelling about has to be scrutinized before shouting deep deep naija too like drama
