I love this part of the movie. Evil Queen is really happy to see her daughter again and Jafar speaks well of the children (unless they pretend to make them happy). Cruella is only interested in the dog Carlos is holding, not saying anything nice to him (poor boy). And Maleficent is only interested in the "mission" she gave Mal. I think these parents would really love their children if they had chosen their parents, but they choose something better : Good. So, am I the only one who feels that cruella de vil is out of place in the movie? I mean, time period wise. Everyone else's character is from at least the 16th century, while Cruella is from at least, the 1920s-1940s. Is this ever explained in the books?
Damien Taylor she died. But when they made the Isle of the lost they brought back all the deceased villains from the dead because they felt death was not a good enough punishment for their crimes.
