alright, so if I have pinching when lifting my arm overhead, it's because my infraspinatus teres minor are not strong enough? If they were stronger, they would pull the humerus down which will create more space for the supraspinatus and it wont pinch and will be able to glide? Is that correct? So I should do a lot of external rotation. And if it also hurts when doing internal rotation, is there anything I can do for that? And if lowering from overhead causes clicking and pain, was there something else at play in that case? (my shoulders are a mess and it seems I would be better of getting an ultrasound lol but I hate canadian medical system and want nothing to do with them >.< )
