Thank you so much for sharing your story. I think it's so important for people who have these kinds of struggles to show how they are navigating the world. It really helps those of us who don't have the same struggles understand better what you're going through, and helps us be more compassionate and maybe try to help think of ways we could make the world a better place. I really enjoy watching your videos and am so glad you are continuing to be able to enjoy the things you love.
Thank you so much for sharing your story! I have a lot in common with you as my family loves Disney World, and we call it "home" even though we live in Minnesota. Our faith is also at the top of what matters to us, and I love how you said, "All for His Glory. I also can relate when you say that you can't stand long and have to keep rotating from sitting to moving because, as of this December, I will have had chronic fatigue syndrome for 40 years, and it impacts everything I do. I'm so very sorry about the loss of your much-loved husband and father, and I can just imagine that you greatly look forward to your reunion celebration in heaven someday.
@user-wm9yb9je2w oh we do have SO much in common. It’s wonderful to connect with other Believers here! I’m so sorry you’ve had to deal with CFS. I have friends who’ve dealt with it and similar things, and it is all so similar to fibro. We sure are glad you have joined us in our journey and community here. God bless you, Heather

I enjoyed this introduction video and hope others will view it as well. Everett sounded like a wonderful man, so doing things over Christmas to honor him was a wonderful idea. My parents lived with me for 11 years so I was very lucky to be able to get to know them better in that time. Dad passed in 2021 and mom last January. Yes, I miss them but they both had great lives and I can rest assured that I was able to make their last years comfortable and stress free. I'm single with dog, and I love my twice a year Disney World visits. I like to go in March and November when it's not extremely hot and is a good time to take a break from Minnesota weather.
Hi there! We can't thank you enough for the incredibly thoughtful comment. While we empathize with your grief, we are also so grateful you had that time with your parents. We had 2 1/2 months with Everett from his cancer diagnosis, and we cherished it so very much. Thank you for coming along work us here. We hear March will be a ton of Spring breakers, since Easter is early this year, so we hope your trip is fabulous and low wait tines. :)
