Probably the hardest thing for me in Far Cry 4 is shooting a gun with a wingsuit, and in far cry 3 it's shooting a bow without a scope (I play without hud). I also think that Masked Suxli is the master of wingsuit shoots.

Just keep replaying each outpost until you can memorise the enemy movement. It takes awhile but it's do-able. Practice and Practice some more
