I like the fact that Bill likes women in powerful positions, more men should think like this. I mean women who are capable of great achievements shouldn't be feared or taken down but respected and admired, that shows how much a man has overcome the archaic archetype of "women shouldn't be more powerful than their men" , or things like they " belong to the kitchen" and "women should only sit there and look pretty for their men". Bravo for Bill!
Also women who earn their own income (especially powerful, capable and independent women ) and who have their personal ethics in their right place aren't the ones to fear after a possible divorce...

My mom is a housewife and I find it very powerful because it's a 24/7 job, without pay and you do all the chores and teaching to your kids before anybody else. Tom may be making a joke out of it or was really serious about preferring a housewife, which may be out of timing since Bill was talking about women in powerful positions in society. Still love him. 😊
Right?! There's nothing wrong with being a housewife if that's what you want to do since I believe it takes a strong and patient person to be able to do that job 24/7. I know I couldn't, I'm not patient enough lol. I think Tom just said that because Bill has said many times what a big family guy Tom is and believe because of Bills comment about his brother that that's all he wants in the long run. But you're right it was just bad timing.
