Really nice video! Could you tell us about the difference between using a finer grind size and changing the coffee/water ratio, adding more coffee, flavor wise? How do you choose between these two adjustments suggested?
So usefull ill use tomorrow to look the changes with a pacamara black honey from huehuetenango, with a so light roast hope to get that nice balance on that dificult coffee .
