This almost makes it look hard to adjust while you’re assembling the eco-250. Now just imagine trying to do it in the field when you have to adjust, drive it 15 feet, adjust, drive 15 more feet. I’ve found myself constantly adjust the belt tension every 20 minutes the entire time I’ve have owned my ECO-250.
very helpful, i currently having a issue with one of our in the shop now, i guess the belt isnt moving cause of adjustment. ill try adjusting it to see if the problems continues.
Need more info of correct torque to have enough belt tension as well as keeping it from going left and right . Floor belt went to one side, flap on edge went under floor belt…This caused roller to cake up and almost shredded floor belt. Only a few months old. Any help would be useful to keep correct tension as belt wears.
