In Morocco. We tend to choose American and British coursebooks in private schools. So we have a preference for that I guess

In learning English through ChatGPT, students should be creative, think critical but depending on their level.

Our state books do not cater for those students with special needs and that makes it hard for teachers to help them

A lot of fillers by Chris while speaking ( uh, umm,uh). Not expected from a native speaker.

The key issue for non-native English speakers is the difficulty of recognizing proper pronunciation.
    e.g.
    saw , so
It is difficult for them to distinguish the pronunciation of these two words. Both words are often pronounced in the same way.
I suggest to implement a programme to improve IPA literacy skills among ELT teachers worldwide.
OALD has already accomplished the first part of proposed programme by using IPA to indicates the pronunciation.
However there is no programme to improve IPA literacy skills among the non-native English speakers.
Since the year 2000, I have studied the IPA alphabets using the Internet.
There I found nine IPA alphabets with slight variations.
In my opinion, the alphabet (Gimson's IPA alphabet) which use in OALD is the most appropriate one among them.
I created my own method to improve IPA literacy skills among my students.
    It brought very successful results.
First I planned to introduce the 44 sounds used in the English language and their IPA characters.
    Here's how I did it.
First I drew their attention to the word in the dictionary.
    www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/definition/english/saw_2
    saw/sɔː/
    consonant sound /s/
    long vowel sound
    /ɔː /
    www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/definition/english/so_1?q=so
    so/səʊ/
    consonant sound /s/
    diphthong sound
    /əʊ/
