Yes it's so worth it, I'm in 6 months and my hair has transformed. My hair went from waves to 3b 3c very similar to Jayme Jo's.
It's been a liberating journey. Plus I never get places, and wonder if I left my house with my flat iron still on 😅😆.

I feel like my hair is like a macaron. There are one hundred million ways to do it wrong. (I have made macarons before so this is veeery true) But in that 1 percent chance you did something right, you adore every second of your win. My hair actually looks good today! Today was that 1 percent! Now I have to figure out what in the world I did different today... Wish me luck.

You dont understand how greatful i am for you and your videos. My mom thinks she knows how to care for my hair and makes me brush it dry and go out with it like that when its litteraly flying. She has straight hair so thats why lmao. After i found ur account i started following all this steps you give and omg.. im getting there! I just need to be patient. My hair has so many split ends because i brush my hair dry. Thank you so much for making vids for us curly girls since most of us have no idea how to care for them thank youuuuuu ❤❤❤

When my hair is down, the front shorter pieces always fall into my face and I constantly have to touch my hair to push it back, making it fuzzy by the end of the day. Is there a way you style or cut it to stop this?

My boyfriend juices everyday and he does a celery stalk, Swiss chard, Granny Smith apple, curly parsley and carrots. You might want to try that combination. You might need to cut out acidic food, like tomato sauce, citrus fruits and chocolate. Maybe see a gastroenterologist for a consultation. Feel better. Sometimes digestive issues are from stress.
I have been cutting those out for years :) As I said my acid relfux is under control at the moment 💛
