Causes of pedal odema have been very well expllained. I had it about 10 years ago . It effected my ankle.Walking became difficult to Had long sessions of pysiotherapy. Could, then, walk well. After two years it returned. I could still walk. About two KMs. .

To day I have ordered your book of Electrolytes....I may get it in a week.Thanks.I am a sufferer of right pedal oedema for the last 40years.All investigations showed normal.But some varicose veins are appearing in the legs

Sir, 52y male with no comorbidities, took diclofenac for three days later development mild bilateral pitting edema on lower limbs, has a history or booster dose COVID vaccination 20 days ago, since then he has complaints of generalised body pains, swelling, micturition is present. Sir what can we suspect in this case and how to go forward with the diagnosis.
Thanks 👍 Sir kindly help, pt 60/f presented to my OPD with complaints of Sob & b/l pedal oedema and facial swelling ,she is a k/c/o hypothyroidism,htn which controlled on taking medicine's,her all lab reports like LFT,KFT, CBC, lipid, FBS,hba1c,ANA ,RA factor ,vit -D,cxr & 2d echo are normal except on USG abdomen showing grade 2 fatty liver, after giving medicine's like Dytor, prednisolone,she was alright for somedays & after a few days her symptoms are recurred like before SOB ,along with dry cough & facial swelling.. Kindly help me in evaluation further about this case.. How to approach a case of protein loosing enteropathy?
