My Telugu friends forcefully took me and another friend (u.p. and gujju) to a cheap theatre to see Magadheera in Telugu. Best cinema experience ever even though I don't understand Telugu.
Actually the entry of RAM CHARAN in RRR is heavily inspired by RAJAMOLI SIR'S own movie MAGADHEERA RAM VS 100 FIGHT

Mm keeravani is like the salt in SSRs movies, everyone takes him for granted, but he’s a very essential why SSRs movie scenes are so iconic. it’s the perfect sync of the bgm and the visuals that makes the scene epic. It just happens subconsciously and doesn’t t stand out like anirudhs bgm.
If you want more clarity, just watch the vikramarkudu remakes, notice how subtle the music is in Telugu version and how generic and in the face it is in rowdy Rathod and other movies.

I watched this particular scene in the movie and I always thought , does any one noticed how good is this particular scene with that bgm 'suvve rocky ' and the cinematography and emotions conveyed to audience is so perfect . Thanks you making this video .
fun fact :- they used a real horse (reportedly ram charan's personal horse which he owns) in the scene
and there were no stuntmans used in the scene where ram charan almost falls from the horse (rajamouli sir said this himself)

One of my all-time favorite movies, Magadheera... Literally came to know what is goosebumps from this movie 👍🏻👍🏻 My favorite scene (out of many favorite scenes) is Ram Charan falling from the helicopter into the lake & coming out of a waterfall on a horse... The bgm of that scene... Simply WOW 👍🏻👍🏻

About reaching the crescendo , Rajamouli said in an interview that most of the times he"ll let the music director compose the music and then plan the scene according to it. That is why he is able to do that

Shamim bhai please also do the musical breakdown of some of the scenes of Bahubali : 1 & 2 (e. g. the introduction of Mahendra Bahubali before Kattapa as he cuts the head of the tyrant).These scenes directed by SS Rajamouli along with the background score and music directed by MM Keeravani really hits the epitomy and brings about the level of convinction these maestros had, making up for a beautiful sequence of such epic coordination between these master minds. The escalation from build up to pre crescendo and then to crescendo has been enacted the same way here as well. These scenes need to be appreciated and are truly oscar worthy.

Another best part of this movie is, how sharp was the editing done in the scenes where they are shifting from past to present and present to past.
I will love to see your breakdown on the scene where ramcharan falls from helicopter while chasing Raghuveer the villan who is kidnapping indu (Kajal). This scene is so fascinating and a masterclasses of edit how they shift from present to past and vice versa. Ramcharan falling on the ground in present and backflashes of past are seen of rani mitravinda(kajal) entering covering her face and huge bird creature behind her can be seen and again in present ramcharan falling on the ground and then again shifting to past where all Kingdom was shiwn in quick flash witg people sitting in the stadium and cheering for kala bhsirava in competition and again shift to present where ramcharan falls into shallow lake and cut to interval. as soon as interval finishes again back to past where we see the rise of kala bhairava from waterfall riding the horse and people cheering and hooting into the stadium. It was the interval block in the movie. Excellent execution and kept the audiance in anticipation for the second half. This is a trademark of filmmaking by SSR. We noticed same in bahubali where katappa killed bahubali and suddenly the past ends an cut to future where movie ends for the first part, which led to highly anticipated feeling for next part and gave rise to world famous question " why katappa killed Bahubali".
My most favorite interval scene of all time, equally impactful is the interval scene of Eega.... both of these are masterclasses in designing interval scenes....

Bhai I always thought Magadheera was a way better Prince of Persia movie than Prince of Persia itself. Ram charan's costumes, fighting styles and chariot scenes makes me think how can someone bring those raw emotions in such a small budget. Rajamouli ❤❤❤

Apart from 100 soldier scene please breakdown the horse race scene in the desert.
I think its common factor of music in Sir SS.Rajamouli films because in this music sequence you can heard the word 'Rocky' clearly and in other flims like Chhatrapati of 2005 starring Prabhas in every scene of Prabhas achieving something you can only hear the word 'Chhatrapati' clearly and the other words sounds random,and I think in EGA movie in hindi dub you can hear the word 'Makkhi' clearly and it gives a impact and build up for the character that he's going to face challenge or he's achieving something great and thats the musical touch of M.M Keeravani Sir which gives a great build up and make the audiance one of them and connected towards the charater which gives him a superhero type vibes.
Let's take the moment to appreciate how much effort he puts into the content for us ❤️📈

You can find a similar scene with the same intense music it gives you the same feel as this scene. The scene is from Rajamouli sir's another movie : Yamadonga acted by Jr.NTR and the scene comes at the start of the movie (NTR chase scene cheetah). You must see it and break it down.

@@050138 The chase scene is epic. The over all movie is not bad either but yeah it may not have that global appeal because it is based on the previous socio fantasy movies in Telugu ( really old 1970s-80s)

Q: In these big budget movies I have seen a lot of BTS shot on chroma. Where we can see that in many scenes there are some part of actors which goes out of the chroma and they have to rotto it. My question is in these big budget of movies, why they are not covering entire frame with chroma so that there is no chance of rottoscopy. Just curious to know, Please answer.

There is a dialogue in Telugu version hundred soldiers scene which roughly translates to (Ram Charan challenging sherkhan to send all his soldiers to attack him)" it's ok if the count goes up but don't get the count godown " - the dialogue is part of Telugu everyday conversation now
For those who don't know that actor ramcharan (hero) he learned horse riding from his father the legendary actor chiranjeevi. He riding horses from his childhood he was so experienced in riding horses and so many actors asks him tips for controlling horses for their projects (films) he owns grounds (where he rides horses) and those who dont know please watch his films he has very good films, must watch rangasthalam , dhruva, magadheera, chirutha, RRR .
The music follow the same lyrics that the horse owner or policemen said "Sun Bey Rocky".... i guess so or am completely wrong...
