Unlock NAND Data for NAND Repair - Fix iPhone X Stuck in Recovery Mode

- The iPhone X is stuck in recovery mode and won't turn on. After flashing with 3uTools, an error appears and the flashing gets stuck at 20%. Through NAND replacement and NAND data unlock, the fault has been cleared.

Hello good afternoon I had a problem with my iphone in relation to Baseband , I formatted and then on system startup was not completed because of the error in Baseband , I formatted again and the formatting gave error , the device went into dfu mode and did not come out anymore but when turned off the mode dfu by pc the device no longer turned on or in mode dfu

Hello, i have similar problem with my iphone 12 mini. It is stuck in DFU mode, when i flash the device using 3utools it completes succesfuly, shows: Congrattulations, device is restored. But when i continue, it is in DFU again. Do you have an idea what it could be?

if the idevice has a nand problem...theres no way to backup up info using purple method..

@@mrsemifixit by jailbreaking it, there is a software that gets the matching data stored in the cpu. So basically a copy of sysconfig data that stored in the nand is also stored in the cpu. Thats how the cpu checks this data. If it matches the info the cpu has, it allows the phone to activate but if it doesn't an activation error appears

Use 3utool iTunes mode and read information of error.

@@jaycircuitsthere's nothing you can do, your nand storage simply died. Do yourself a favor and buy a brand new one but make sure it has micro SD card slot, so you wouldn't write on its nand all the time

@@sloopycat1954you're poor?? That's funny because when the iphone 6 came out , all I could afford at this time was a Xiaomi mi note 3 which is still working perfectly, thanks to it's highly durable emmc storage.
Your phone is dead especially the cheap nand storage from SK hynix apple used and we're known to have very few write cycles compared to the nand storage used on Android phones like the Galaxy s2 and s3 . Do yourself a favor, go buy an Android smartphone but make sure it has a micro SD card slot. You're lucky that apple didn't activate the infamous "activation Key required", you'd bang your hear on a wall, if apple did that.
I was not a fan of apple products because of their anti repair operating system, lightning, lack of storage expansion and garbage batteries but the lack of micro SD card is an automatic deal breaker to me, this also applies to Android smartphones as well.
If I were you, I wouldn't have any hope that your phone will work one day and considering it's nearly a decade Old, it's not worth fixing phones like this
Stuck at boot, I guess the most simple way is try to put it in recovery mode or DFU mode and restore it using iTunes on your PC or Mac (If you want to reset it), if that doesn’t work you can also check by swapping the battery as that is pretty common for old punched out batteries.

You can't fix shiit with a dead NAND STORAGE
64GB NAND replacement chip is like £40 + labour is like £80 = £120 or even more - NEW used iPhone X is like £150 minus about £60 sold as non working (GOOD DISPLAY and back) so around £90 for "new replacement iPhone" vs about £120 for repair - COMPLETELY not worth it............ on old iPhone like X.......... if same thing on iPhone 12 or 13 then YES - but not worth on old iPhone
