Complete setup. The clasp fell off at 10:31 but was back on in just a few seconds. Plus they tried to hide the clasp laying on the ground with the gate slat.

At 10:30 marker the unlocked latch falls off and the monkey is free, then like magic, it's reattached. There are several times when it's close enough to her, all she has to do is reach in and snag the monkey. Yes, I know this is essentially stealing, but it looks like the current "owner" doesn't care for it, so I would call it a rescue. And how long has Ruby's eyes been darting back and forth? That's not good...neurological issues. Albino monkeys are NOT common. Both parents have to carry the gene and then, however, it's not always going to end in being an Albino baby. Just like humans.
How does that chain attach to her tail? Looks like abuse by someone, hope it’s not for the sake of a video, the little one is miserable eating mud, and poor Ruby is upset seeing the little creature in distress.

I don't understand how a human or animal can be abused in any form or fashion. I grew up abused and I know why now. Chaining up a baby monkey that is defenseless is cruelty. Another thing I don't understand is why the person who has the baby monkey chained will not Mom, Grandpa and Ruby adopt it. It boggles my mind completely. That's not good...neurological issues. Albino monkeys are NOT common. Both parents have to carry the gene and then, however, it's not always going to end in being an Albino baby. Just like humans.

@ I know! It’s the thing that’s the most disturbing. These babies are stolen from their moms, who probably were killed and they just keep doing it. No conscience about killing one animal to have another! I wish some of these people, who care about animals, would advocate the government to put a stop to poachers and sellers of these monkeys. I don't understand how a human or animal can be abused in any form or fashion. I grew up abused and I know why now. Chaining up a baby monkey that is defenseless is cruelty. Another thing I don't understand is why the person who has the baby monkey chained will not Mom, Grandpa and Ruby adopt it. It boggles my mind completely.

Sadly it seems totally like a setup to record videos, bad for this channel, because It appears to be a good channel and gives good treatment but this situation is extremely rare, I already watched s lot of videos of monkeys since long time ago and already learnt how they lie and in this case is not a normal behavior of vietnamese monkey owner, why would the owner keep a baby macaque near a fence far from his house, it is absurd, obviously the macaque must have some water container and you can't see it, normally these people in that country tie them but to a post, but when are older and close to their house, practically outside. In the case of macaques of this age who are newborns or has one or at most three or forth months they have them in a small bird cage, so it is completely illogical, especially knowing that being so close to the fence they could steal it or the monkey breaking out and escaping and outside of what they normally do so sadly it seems totally like a setup to record videos, bad for this channel and obviously the owner will finished at the end giving the monkey to her like 99% of the stage videos like this of false rescues. Bad very bad for this channel I used to have it in other concept.
