@@albertjanet6056 Hot showers help a lot, also Ibuprofen if you have no contraindications, and plenty of rest :) Also working out helps even though that is the last thing we might want to do

This set of life-stories is perfect for teaching many types of basic positive values. If I had children, they would certainly be encouraged to them watch them during recreational screen time (on repeat!).
