Hoppy and Bobby maybe a close friend here. Since they both metion about "moon", their names are similar -obby, -oppy (i guess) and Bobby's cardboard appear after Hoppy's, which mean Bobby was death right after Hoppy.
And their both cardboard voiceline pretty fit together if you think about it

Did they have that dialogue back when people came to this place? If so, I feel that would traumatize children.
I don’t think so. The dialogue was probably normal for the people, but not anymore.
I have a theory that when they made this, the screaming is them messing up the lines and getting “punished” they ended up recording it , they retook it leaving those ones down there for whoever to find.

I think the blue is Huggy’s fur
I thought that too. But the next dialogue is her asking for Blue, so it still can be, or it’s just her thinking that we’re hogging the art supplies for whatever reason.
Red could have also been referring to meat and food
Blue could be a stand in for water
One hears their voices and it seems that not all of them died:
Crafty: It seems that she survived but very injured (there is another voice line after the static)
Bubba: Dead
Kickinchicken: Dead
(or who knows very very badly hurt, although I don't think so)
Hoppy: It seems that he also survived (she tells him to jump and not be afraid of another being)
Bobby: She also survived, but alone
Picky: she survived, eating parts of other critters
Dogday: Maybe it was the one who was next to Hoppy (because she mentions legs), dead in this chapter
Catnap: Also dead in this chapter, at the end
they can't create AMAZING characters and they don't even appear in the game and are already dead
Crafty is dead since Picky said she ate a flayed unicorn
Dog Day was the only member of Smiling Critters left alive
Dog day said he was the only member of the smilling critters to be alive , so all of them died.
It would be cool if some survived

I think that the ones picky piggy says she was hungry for she ate I think the prototype or catnap starved her and made her eat her friends
i thought they ended up running out of bodies, or have close to none left, so they started eating each other
Probably both of them force her to eat her friends
So, basically
Hoppy was killed by an unknown entity, presumably Catnap
Kicken, Bubba and Crafty were killed by Picky
Picky starved to death or was killed by Catnap
Bobby got separated from the others and eventually starved to death or was killed by Catnap
Catnap was killed by the Prototype
Dogday survived and is, possibly, still alive in a terrible state. Despite what he said, he wasn't the last of the Smiling Critters when we found him, but at the end of the chapter, he truly was the last.
Or he fell off a huge cliff like in the grabpack 2.0 showcase.

DogDay was tortured the most horribly of the smilling critters, even though DogDay was the leader and the strongest, So was tortured by catnap and the prototype by having the mini critters eat his legs and internal organs (I think picky piggy also joined with mini critters to eat dogday's legs and internal organs☠️),poor DogDay😭😭
For all of the people who think Crafty wanted our blood, i think differently
I think Crafty, with her creativity and healthy mental state, was partially immune to the effects of the red smoke, and instead perhaps even got high off the gas for pleasure, or using the possibly pleasant dreams it gave her for inspiration, possibly the only thing keeping her sane after The Hour of Joy...
Perhaps this was the last recording of an incident where Crafty got super pissed at Catnap for running out of gas, and tried to beat it out of him due to withdrawal, whether or not he responded by killing her, or if it was The Prototype, is uncertain
She even accused Catnap of deliberately withholding it from her, as if she is a junkie being overwhelmed with rage and paranoia, and the way she just bluntly shouts "give it here" doesent sound like shes refering to a part of whoever shes talking to, but instead something that they were holding somewhere, in a pocket or in our hand, or in Catnap's case, in his mouth

I have a theory the audios where said by the monster versions of the characters (like the agonizing Dogday) before dying. The last message (that often is a scream) is when Catnap kills them
So here is my theory/take on how each of the smilling critters ( except dogday and catnap) died :
Bubba bubbaphant : piggy ate him at some point , but by his dialogue , he probably survived for a long time and saw everything go downhill .
Kickinchiken: he tried to escape the factory but failed , piggy also ate him.
Picky piggy : piggy was probably killed by catnap , its said all smilling criters tried to fight against the prototype and catnap but failed , piggy at some point probably turned crazy thx to thr hunger and ate her friends , but that didnt spare her.
- hoppy and bear : these 2 probably tried to run away from the factory together , but at some point , there was a high fall , hoppy tried to jump but failed and died in the fall , bobby was probably too scared to continue , which led to her being killed.
Crafty corn : crafty was probably the firt of the crew that went crazy , she definetly wanst in her right state of mind , since she wanted more red ( aka blood ) , she was probably killed by piggy ,since piggy ate her.
I like the idea that craftycorn was talking about the red smoke because of the fact it gives her inspiration. Like addiction bascally.

If we hear every cardboard voiceline to the end of the smiling critters (excluding catnap), only craftycorn, bobby bearhug and picky piggy didnt scream, which brings me kind of to believe that they are still alive somehow, i mean that is just a theory, but still
The most disturbing about dog day cutout is that in the screaming you can barely hear his legs getting cut off

Kickin’s cardboard is about him trying to go outside as in leave the factory and he gets killed, by who is another question because the prototype commenced the hour of joy to liberate himself and the others from the scientists, whatever killed Kickin probably also has the power to keep the prototype in the factory
I love how DogDay’s scream is agonizingly the longest, as it encouraged the people/player to escape this place.

And in general, the theory is why DogDay has a longer duration of screaming and the sounds change there? Well, first of all, if you think about it, the first phrase "DogDay says.. Fetch!" sounds like he wasn't talking to us. I mean, his plushie version. And here's his scream... Similar.
The theory is that at the beginning someone tears his legs off, he screams. When his voice changed slightly, they tore them off. Also, you could hear something falling. Dogday's legs. That was probably CatNap.
Theory: Why is he the last critten standing? Catnap forbade them to eat, to eat everything inside in DogDay, and left him to suffer for believing in Poppy, that she would save everyone, etc. Later, when he told the info, CatNap allowed the mini crittens to eat DogDay.
Why wasn't it eaten or killed by real crittens? He was in charge, smart, like it was mentioned that DogDay was the head of the gang, and without him, they wouldn't know exactly what to do. Or maybe DogDay knew they were going to go crazy and hid, he was afraid.
Guys did you notice at 4:17 you can hear tearing while he’s screaming? It sounds like his legs being ripped off by catnap and that’s maybe before he was chained up 😰

If you listen closely to the scream, you can hear the part where his legs are ripped off, and fall to the ground.

These come across as extremely funny to me on multiple levels. These lil fellas Are creepy, yet adorable.
At the dogday cutout at the scream u can hear the knife cutting something actually catnap was cutting his legs . Also there was another line in Craftycorn's cutout it was " ah now it's much better ".

Bubba Bubbaphant: Was smart/the smartest one of the group. Dead. Killed by Catnap and possibly eaten by Picky Piggy.
KickinChicken: Was the brave/adventurous one of the group. Has never been outside and was scared to go out. Dead. Killed by Catnap and possibly eaten by Picky Piggy.
Picky Piggy: Was the foodie of the group. Can lure people in by asking to be friends if hungry. Either dead or alive. Possibly starved. Eaten the bodies/killed Bubba Bubbaphant, KickinChicken, and CraftyCorn.
Hoppy Hopscotch: Liked jumping. Mentions to not look at feet. Could've been near Dogday when he got his legs torn off? Dead. Killed by Catnap.
Bobby Bearhug: Was the lovey-dovey one of the group. Either dead or alive. Most likely separated from the group. Maybe even Ollie due to the similar voice.
Dogday: Was the enthusiastic one of the group. Was kept alive and tortured by Catnap. Got legs torn off. Hoppy might've been there to witness it. Has had body taken over by mini smiling critters. The only smiling critter left alive by the end of the chapter, yet left in a horrible state.
CraftyCorn: Was the creative one and artist of the group. Dead. Killed by Catnap. Another theory by @stevenbarba6016 for more info.
Catnap: The one who could "put everyone to sleep." Could breath out toxic red gas from mouth. Murdered almost all smiling critters, took part in the Hour of Joy, tortured Dogday, and worshiped the Prototype. Dead. Sacrificed self for the Prototype.

I can literally hear Bubba saying "Grandma" and Dogday saying "Mom." It's probably just an effect, but I like it, it makes things more cruel and I love it 🧐

I honestly think (in order) all the critters were talking to CatNap instead of the player, because they aren't saying stuff like the posters in Chapter 1 did. (For example: Huggy says: Remember to take breaks!) So they were asking CatNap for something and all died. Bubba said a fact that CatNap didn't like, KicknChickn wanted to go outside, (most likely leading to the pipes) and fell. Picky Piggy was given poison because CatNap felt endangered, Hoppy jumped too high and broke his legs, Bobby wanted to play with the critters, and CatNap was too annoyed, DogDay told orphans to run while they could, and his legs were cut. CraftyCorn was painting and was killed from annoyance.
(This is just a theory, a gaaaame theory!!)
Why does CraftyCorn sound like Fluttershy?
I have a theory of who or what ollie is because theres many possibilities of who or what he could be, but its very likely to be bobby bearhug i think because shes the only one without a scream (i think) so she could still be alive somewhere, she could possibly even be acting like the statue from the chapter 3 with home sweet home (i believe it is)
Another theory ollie could be is possibly picky piggy trying to be your friend so when you find her she can eat you
Even ollie could be cat bee or candy cat because the voices do kinda sound like ollie bit it might be the prototype but thats less likely due to quite a few lines ollie says, hoppy hop scotch is also a possibility but it sounds like shes crazy about jumping even dog day could be ollie because in the cardboard cut-out his voice is high pitch like ollies bit dogday has a deep voice in the game, could it be that hes making it deep pitched? Or he must he their using the voice so long it hurt his vocal cords so he went deep voiced or he just didn't go high pitched and he was supposed to have a high pitched voice instead of a deep one, possibly his voice box got replaced at the most but ollie could even be crafty corn but her voice is a little dim
