He ie telling that bio ncert is not possible to read in last weak but this is not true becoz I read complete NCERT of bio both 11th and 12th within 2 days before my neet exam and got 330 marks in bio don't make bio short notes read whole ncert

Well , you said it right analysis of each and every mock test is important. Otherwise you will not progress much. I started my first full syllabus mock test from a score 9f 482 then max. it reached around 580 . And in actual neet the score was 588 .
Mistake was that I didn't properly analyse my mistakes & unattempted questions.
Also I committed a lot of silly mistake which was also repeated in actual neet day.
And one biggest blunder that I did ignored chemistry ncert
