My spiritual mentor. 21 years older. Ghosted me 1.5 years ago. We became friends or so I thought. She shut the door with no closure. So much mirroring back to me my own lessons. I’ve grown tremendously and it sent me on my spiritual path. I’m grateful because the lessons so important for me in this lifetime. She was psychic and I believe we are soulmates so did she. I don’t know what happened and for a long time struggled to let go. But I feel like I have. Me the chaser her the runner, I learned as I grappled with the true about me. I think we both need to close this contract but all the readings tell me that spirit says no. Walk away. I release over and over but I know the energy is there. I’m really tired of it and I need it gone but I don’t know how to get it gone. No one in my world understands this. But I’m just moving forward. All I know to do is keep walking.
I could have written these words myself. I’m coming up on the one year marker. The most painful thing I’ve ever gone through, she abandoned me without closure, I still think of her as my soul mate. She was my therapist but more so, she was my spiritual guide, my mother figure, my grandmother, my elder. I’m coming to understand how she wasn’t strong enough to hold that space and that I needed to step out on my own, but I feel fractured. Every old wound exposed to acid. She eats away at me in my dreams, in my waking hours. I often likewise say that nobody understands me.
