Nope! You don't want it to be wet. I lightly dry off the paper on a towel after running it under water. Just make sure whatever board you're using is thick enough and FLAT (not particle board) or else it will warp, at least 1/2 inch. Hope that helps :)
Depends on what kind of paper you're using and how big. This paper is hot press watercolor paper around 140-156 lb, took around 30+ min to dry I think! And it was dry/warm outside. If it's humid or cold/wet weather it might take a little bit longer. Hope that helps :)
