Fiandre is the partner brand of the futuristic mixed-use complex One Za’abeel, located in the heart of Dubai and developed by Ithra Dubai.
An architectural project by Nikken Sekkei, consisting of two skyscrapers housing hotels, workplaces and luxury apartments, crossed by a horizontal concourse: a suspended cantilever standing 100 metres above the ground and measuring 226 metres in length, which has already joined the Guinness World RecordsTM.
With its distributor partner Arteco Ceramics, Fiandre defined the interiors of the One Za’abeel The Residences tower, with its 264 apartents, supporting the clients with innovative applications and bespoke solutions.
One Za’abeel is a blend of high-performance and extra-luxury, and aims to offer users the highest standards of quality and sustainability, a vision consistent with the choice of Fiandre ceramic surfaces, designed with the same approach: to create well-being through materials.

I'm sure it's very nice ultimately, but I am extremely surprised at how 1970s the interiors looks. The colors are exceedingly dampened and repressed and the floors look like old office buildings in the US and the UK, although newer. What was the thinking behind this and why not take chances? Hard to imagine that Western and Far Eastern potential renters will see the interior as something fresh, new or potentially timeless, though I can see this might resonate with folks from the middle east.
