It is somewhat rare to have seen an ice cream shop in the City theme, even though a similar set (31077) came out five years ago under the Creator theme, though that was technically more of a bakery. Even here, this set contains several rare elements in "light royal blue", and "medium nougat", with the 1x2 semicircle tile being exclusive in the second of those colors. The 4x4 round plate in "medium lilac" on the ice cream cone-shaped sign on the shop's roof is also presently exclusive to this set. This is also one of only nine sets to have the 2x6 brick in that color, having debuted in a Harry Potter set (4755) in April 2004.
