Try looking 19 when you're 40, and 30 when you're 60. That's my mom and seems like that'll be the same for me. People thought I was a primary or middle school student until sophomore. It's a blessing . . . and a curse.

It’s really hard to tell how old you are. You could be 16, but you could also be 32. It's the same for me 😃 I'm 29 but often people guess that I'm younger (it's probably because of my round squishy face and small height, the type of makeup and clothes also add to that)
Honestly, I feel like it's so difficult to accurately guess someone's age (there are also many factors that play a part such as makeup, clothes, hairstyle, behaviour, facial hair, maybe height to a degree etc.) ...especially during the 18-25 age range I often feel like everyone looks "the same [age]". I turned 25 this year and the last two years, so between 23-24 I've had people tell me I pass for 15 and someone thought I wasn't legally allowed to drink wine (which you are allowed to drink at the age of 16 in my country) so that was wild. 😂
This is a great thing it's better to look younger then what you really are you will appreciate that as you get older take it from some one that is a bit older then you I look 10 to 15 years younger then I am while most my age look 10 to 15 years older count your youthful look as a blessing many people would love to look younger then what they are.
I relate to this so hard. I’m also 23 and most commonly get confused for 19. When I was 19 it was 16, and when I was a high schooler people asked me what middle school I attended😭 it’s always been pretty embarrassing and makes going to liquor stores or smoke shops alone nerve-wracking. Plus it’s hard to make friends because adults assume you’re a kid
fair point! i feel there's a big mental/emotional difference between my 19 and 23 year old self so i guess it just feels a little odd that that doesn't translate to my appearance, though realistically in those years i guess you don't age a lot
I'm 44, I finally stopped getting carded at the bar because now they think I look 28. :) By any chance do you have autism or neuro divergance? because if you are like me it won't just be your face that makes you look young but the way you talk and your body language. "Developmentally disabled" means that some part of you are me actually matures slower then neuro typicals
oh wow i hadn't considered that! there is a high chance i'm autistic (don't have a diagnosis but there's a lot of evidence that points to it) so that might play into it as well then

When I was 19 I looked like I was 15 haha. Honestly it’s a blessing once you’re older
i´m 24 and i look 13 lol it´s a blessing and a curse 🤣
folks thought I was 18 or 20 until I was 32. A Blessing or a curse depending on the situation.
