I've not been this excited about a mashup in years. This is absolutely perfect - you've taken Ozzy out of a classic tune, put him into another classic tune, and transmuted them into something completely new. Mashups like this can, in less capable hands, too easily end up inadvertently disrespecting all the musicians involved. Not so, this. I absolutely love that you created original background vocals - that is a level of dedication that clearly shows your love and respect for both songs. Kudos. This is magical.
I noticed the background vocals too! They sound so similar to the original Earth & Fire that at first I was confused and didn't know where they came from. Did the DJ really record them or did he somehow re-tuned existing vocal stems?
I've always thought the lyrics and instramentals don't match in Crazy Train, now you've proved me right. This version is better then the original HANDS DOWN.
Sometimes music can totally shift one's headspace. DJ Cummerbund, you are an audio doctor. You're on fire dude! I love that there are so many emotions going on this mashup.
