@@susanbattermann8235wow same, 4 years ago almost to the day here! 4 years ago I left the most abusive toxic relationship I ever encountered. Never in my life been happier! It took a lot for me to get to the point of the OP in comments, once you’re not afraid to lose them, and accept they’ll find someone else asap to supply them (which they will) - you’re free and can finally leave for good. My only regret is not pursuing any charges and having him go on to abuse 2 more women, and 2 more children he will abandon (he currently has 5 baby mamas now and 6 kids he does not see).

I think this resonates with me today. As I have to decide an end of a relationship that is secret to begin with and the age difference. It didn't matter when you are younger that 58 and he is 42....getting closer to retirement. So I would never thought that day would come but it does make a difference in life. Detached. Whatever. And i can def see we have switched places. Its like he got trained by me and i by him & he got ke safe & comfy (idk how!) and i made him question everything & hyper alert!
