It is obvious that he was doing that to survive, but I'm just saying that it's not pointless and it increases the chance to stay alive during the hunt. Aside from this little guide, it was funny seeing cartoonz come across Dashie hiding in a corner lol.

Phasmo Tips: Always go through the ghost journal and read each ghosts’ traits along with the evidences that follow. Mares tend to always turn the lights off, but it does still flicker them. You can change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit in settings. Bones can be picked up for extra money as well. It’s very important that you bring crucifix’s and smudge sticks with you, especially for harder contracts. It’s a good idea to place one crucifix near an exit while going around the building with the other. Keep at least one smudge stick near the front door along with the crucifix while bring the rest with you. Always have salt near the front door in case the ghost is a wraith (wraiths have a toxic reaction to salt). Strong flashlights are worth it, so you can just ditch regular flashlights. Phantoms disappear right after you take a photo of it (except when it’s hunting). When a ghost is hunting turn off your flashlight and don’t talk in local or radio chat. When a ghost is hunting you can only hear static in radio chat, players outside the building should not say anything in radio chat because that might reveal the location of your teammates and they wouldn’t even hear anything you say anyway. When a ghost is hunting throw your flashlight away and make sure the light doesn’t shine on you or anyone else nearby, crouch and wait until the light stops flickering (the ghost might see you if you hold on to the flashlight or if you shine it on someone else). It’s recommended that you put all your items on the front door before entering the house so you don’t have to walk all the way back to the truck and waste prep time. If a ghost is hunting, make sure if you’re hiding, that your body doesn’t clip through a wall (a ghost caught me last time because my arm was clipped through the wall). Use sound sensors for huge maps like, high school or asylum to get a better idea where the ghost is. Bring 2 EMFs to find the ghost room faster, once you do, drop one in the room along with the ghost book and monitor through a camera the emf reading, potential ghost orbs, and potential ghost writing.
