Can I pass this citizenship exam of course number one no disrespect George Washington was not the first president need I say more back to the study wow
Once again no disrespect now you going to ask her to read a couple of sentences in the beginning of the video you was telling her what to do game recognize game back to the study no disrespect
Correction to be arrested is to be handcuffed by a policeman or a police woman therefore no one has elected them to an office so you can't be a police officer you can only be a policeman or police woman public servant to the society at Large back to the study checkmate ♟️
To the glory of God, I passed my interview today. I thank you for the videos I watched. It really helped. It was pretty easy. It took about 20 minutes. The officer was professional and nice. She started me with the reading and writing test using the tablet. My Reading test was: Which State has the most people? Writing test: California has the most people. Next was the civic test. I answered the first 6 questions. Q1. What does the constitution do? Q2. What major event happened on September 11, 2001, in the United States? Q3. Who is the commander in chief of the military? Q4. What is the supreme law of the land? Q5. What happened at the constitutional convention? Q6. Who was the first president? The last part was reviewing my N-400 application. No definitions. To those who may be nervous, I say, relax, watch the videos, listen to the audios even if you are cooking, washing etc. Whoever is preparing for this interview, I tell you, with God's help, you will also succeed. I know you can make it. Yes, you can.

Once at the office, the officer conducting the interview asked me to confirm the information I provided in the naturalization form (N-400) and asked me if there were any changes since I submitted my application, like getting divorce or joining a terrorist group, etc. Once that was completed, the officer gave me the option to choose between two Civic Test, the one with 100 questions (2008 civic test) vs the one with 128 (2020 civic test). Because I had studied the test with 128 civic questions, I choose this one - Later I learned that beginning on April 19, 2021, USCIS stopped administering the 2020 civic test. Since the test did not ask open-ended questions, I answered the questions in the way it was presented in this video, meaning, giving only the answers from the study material, while still giving the impression that I was human. I got my citizenship last week in California and I wasn’t asked this many questions both for reading and writing. I was interviewed and took my oath and ceremony same day.
@Valerie Ofili I have mine next month in California also, do you mind sharing what city in California did you take it at. I'm wondering if they are all doing the oath ceremony the same day. I'd be nice. If I pass it of course 🥺
When I got interviewed. Alot of these questions weren't used on me. Mainly know US History. The interviewer failed me for getting two questions wrong. One for Senate requirement and for Mayflower came here for religious purposes. She said I will pass you if you read this book backwards out loud and write the sentence she said. Than she said my son graduated navy bootcamp and you served during time of war. You pass the test and she stamped and signed paperwork. That was it.
First you need to tell her your name and acknowledge that she is here for a citizenship interview. Then you can place under oath. We are nicer and not that dry guys so don’t worry
My wife was an university English instructor from the Europe-- her English is fluent. The guy presuming to test her English couldn't speak it worth a damn, so she had to have him repeat it several times. It's be nice if the US government could figure out just a few basic concepts.
It has been my dream to have my son serve in the American military, i encourage him to get best grades as a step into my dream. Am an African but i know this dream can come true.

Let me just say that I've taken every US history class required to graduate in the United States and I've also taken the AP classes and not even I know how many amendments the US constitution has, nor have I ever heard the constitution referred to as the Supereme Law of the Land. I'm also not certain why they refer to it as "history" since the questions surrounding the subject are more about current day things such as how many amendments are there *now* etc etc...
I'm Brazilian it's a first time I ve seen a video like this with these questions about to become american citizen, so I thought the questions so easy, interesting video
I was interviewed in New York and the woman interviewing me was extremely rude and disrespectful. Super far from what is shown in the video here. I think people should be prepared that they might get a nice officer that will make the process easier or might get someone related to the devil. She was screaming at me throughout the interview, even at one point paused the interview to flirt with a colleague and to check her phone. I left the building in tears wondering if it was something I did. Just saying be ready to potentially get an awful human being interviewing you.
Good day, I'm not yet even in United Stated, but I really hope we will be able to travel there with my family in two months. I'd like to say that officer is a very intelligent and polite man, I would have enjoyed an interview with such a nice person. All the best wishes to him from our side. On the other hand, the lady seems also to be very smart and polite. I especially enjoyed her manner to behave with respect to herself and the officer at the same time. That's a common thing we ukrainians share :). I listened carefully and enjoyed a lot. All the best luck to everyone! Thank you for this video. :)
I took US citizenship in 1998. Interviewer did not ask me that sort of questions. "How did I come to this country? ... When? ... How do you go to work? ... do you pay taxes? ... " This is crazy:-) Questions he asked me based on US history. Then he said to write, "I don't have money in my packet. I am broke."
This bring me back memories, back in the early 90's a friend from Guatemala had a citizenship interview , so we practiced over , and over for many weeks , the day came when the immigration officer asked him what color was the white house , he replied blue , pretty laughable isn't it.
Man, I did my us citizenship interview like mid 90s when I was about 6-8. It seemed a lot easier back then lol. All I had to do was pledge of allegiance. Maybe cause I was little at the time and they made it easier for me lol.
it's great. many practical questions came in. though i am not the candidate for this but interested to be sometimes. Though i have been to the USA a few times but never tried for immigration

I got my citizenship last week in California and I wasn’t asked this many questions both for reading and writing. I was interviewed and took my oath and ceremony same day.
Is it true that one can apply for citizenship with out renewing the Permanent Resident?
@Valerie Ofili I have mine next month in California also, do you mind sharing what city in California did you take it at. I'm wondering if they are all doing the oath ceremony the same day. I'd be nice. If I pass it of course 🥺
@@qnt859 I did mine in Santa Ana and yes the ceremony was done same day
@@donjuan8668 I think I read it somewhere that it is possible but call United States immigration office and double check with them

Thank you very much,I passed my test today .
I forget my passport during the interview. What shall I do
Cool 😎 I am so nervous for my citizen ship test, give me good luck tomorrow

Thank you sir for your help I passed my citizenship interview thank again and again for your wonderful videos
Well done!
My wife was an university English instructor from the Europe-- her English is fluent. The guy presuming to test her English couldn't speak it worth a damn, so she had to have him repeat it several times. It's be nice if the US government could figure out just a few basic concepts.
One must be fortunate to become citizen of America, god bless USA

Let me just say that I've taken every US history class required to graduate in the United States and I've also taken the AP classes and not even I know how many amendments the US constitution has, nor have I ever heard the constitution referred to as the Supereme Law of the Land. I'm also not certain why they refer to it as "history" since the questions surrounding the subject are more about current day things such as how many amendments are there *now* etc etc...
Thank you ,,,in future it will be helpful for me to prepare coz I am coming united state of America soon..
I had my interview today successfully passed, this video was very helpful. Gracias por compartir.
awesome, congratulations!👍😀
I'm Brazilian it's a first time I ve seen a video like this with these questions about to become american citizen, so I thought the questions so easy, interesting video
They can ask you anything out of the big book
That was easy and awesome. I wish I get that officer for my interview 😀
Actually, this isn't that bad. I get a lot of anxiety when comes to socialize. When I get asked questions and stuff.
*It's how much you need to learn English to pass a regular interview. as a complete Minimum you need a level of C1.*
Very helpful and straightforward. You need to know your geography and history
The best feeling I've experienced after I passed the u.s. citizenship.....
Her birthday is In January 11 and I’m watching this today and today’s is January 11. Wow
I'm lucky to have you here, do you know why? lovenena
Just saying be ready to potentially get an awful human being interviewing you.
it happens sometimes thats why it is super important to go prepared
I wish I get nice officer you make me cry and scary 😜😂 thanks for sharing us this story.
@@americancitizenship2841 Exactly why I wrote that comment because people should know that agents are not necessarily respectful and professional.

I knew the answer to those questions just from watching tv shows .
I am broke."
times change and so do questions...
This bring me back memories, back in the early 90's a friend from Guatemala had a citizenship interview , so we practiced over , and over for many weeks , the day came when the immigration officer asked him what color was the white house , he replied blue , pretty laughable isn't it.
LMAO!
Thanks it’s so helpfully I passed my exams citizenship test
Congratulations 🎈
Man, I did my us citizenship interview like mid 90s when I was about 6-8. It seemed a lot easier back then lol. All I had to do was pledge of allegiance. Maybe cause I was little at the time and they made it easier for me lol.
