Abhilash had a great vision to grow the economy of his district which can only be done if industrialists invest in his vision, and subsequently if they will earn money labourers and their families will also flourish. It's always a top down solution.
Shows why Sandeep was not able to clear UPSC in this series.
Lol how’s that? Those workers weren’t getting increment and they had been displaced from their homes. You can’t turn a blind eye to the present woes based on the promise of a better future. What if the industrialist would start generating profits but still won’t pay his workers proportionately better. So, it was necessary to exert pressure on the owner as well.

Also, the government promised to support them financially to pay salaries to the labors. In fact once that local politician(who manipulated everyone got arrested) everyone was aligned with Abhilash.

Actually, what I have observed about both characters is problem solving approach, Sandeep is traditional one way approach which you will get from himself he has dealt with such incidents and cases in the same way...but Abhilash is incremental in solving taking into consideration of current scenarios which is why he is more problem solving person as a whole

It's like you are comparing SDM with CM of stare. Now coming back to the point of workers were illegally settled this is the case from many years this was not under progress situation. I think both are wrong in making their decisions as we can see both of them are using their authority in satisfying their own vision and perspectives sometimes a little bit ego but this is not expected being a civil servant but In my opinion rather they should have planned this matter in combined way for the benefit of labourers as well as their owner just as we call it as 'beech ka raasta',so I think this webseries shows their poor and immature management skills.Your comments in favour and against above statement are expected below
People think this is just drama, but this is the actual reality. Jo commission kha ke kaam karte hai woh upar tak jaate hai. Aur jo asli kaam karte hai woh upar se daba diye jaatein hai. Ground wala banda isliye emotional hota hai coz he sees the actual reality, Baki AC office mein baith ke gyaan toh sabhi de hi rahe hai.
