What’s your thoughts about the current situation of metalcore?
I got the feeling the release rate is pretty low the last 3-4 years .
Pretty much died out now I think. Most of the bands that remain are the giants of the genre (KSE, August Burns Red etc). Most of the new bands that are making it now are either more mainstream metal or there's a fair few pretty decent prog/tech bands around now too.
