Jujutsu Bo (6 foot staff) Part 1 Strikes and Footwork

Fundamentals of the Japanese Bo, six foot staff. This set is made up of derivatives of Kukishin Ryu Bojutsu. Specifically the Bojutsu Keiko Sabaki Gata as frequently taught in the Bujinkan, Jinenken, and Genbukan. The source kata are Goho, Ura Goho, Sashi Ai, Tuna Bari, Ippon Sui, Hito Ashi.
