Wellll depends on how hard it's raining. We're used to rain in the Netherlands so if it's just a bit of a drizzle I think it will go on and off. And since all the christmas markets seem to be connected by shops, you can probably just warm up in the stores as you wait for the rain to go down. :)
You really can't tell cause they all share some similarities. But I think Dusseldorf, Cologne, Lübeck, Leipzig and Munich are pretty darn good 👍🏻 love from Hamburg Germany 🇩🇪

Within Dusseldorf,, our favourite markets were the Handwerker-Markt and Kö-Lichter-Markt!
