Wade makes a point here. Especially since
KSI main motive is “legacy” it be weird to fight the same exact opponent that Jake fought twice. He’s basically taking his footsteps which I feel is personally a trap. However I do understand that JJ needs to step up his competition to even get close to Jake and idk who is a decent matchup for him besides Tyron and Tommy Fury (but we all know why Tommy can’t fight).
Maybe Nate Diaz?
Feel like KSI was lowkey ducking Tommy, or his team at least advised against it. Because why would he call out Tommy Fury, and than schedule his next fight in the US, when its been public knowledge for two months that Tommy can't go to America, and you know KSI is always asking to fight in the UK. Hence why Logan and he had to compromise and had a contract saying that the first fight would be in the UK and than the rematch in the US.
Nah if JJ knew he could beat Tyron he’d fight him in a heartbeat. There should be 0 valid excuses when he asked his fans who should he fight and the majority said Woodley. He won’t do it bc it’s too hard of a fight for him.

Saying Danis “gets ksi closer to jake than woodley” is a ridiculous statement. If ksi beats Tyron in any fashion he immediately is looked as a closer level to jake than he would by beating slim or Danis.

Tyron on 2 week notice was beating jake in the rematch, dont let a little mistake fool you into thinking woodley is a bad fighter cause now can look back and learn.

A lot of people think Tyron is some slouch and Is some Type of Journeyman Yeah he's 40, Yeah he got knocked out Taking a fight with a 10 day training camp. I disagree with some of those points. Ksi gets way more credit for beating woodley then he would any of the other opponents. If he beats slim he's "beating another youtuber" and if he fights dillon it's not only way less impressive but there's pressure to beat him faster than jake beat ben. Woodley is the perfect fight for him and if he does beat him in a better or even just simular fashion it's an insane narrative play that will put him way closer to the jake fight.

It looks more like Logan gets the Dillon Danis matchup, cuz no one is there for him. KSI doesn't have a match except Slim. If jj beats tyron in a better way than jake he automatically invalidates everything jakes accomplished in the last 5 years and puts himself above jake. It's a good trap. KSI is going to want to fight Woodley since Jake was able to beat him twice (and knock him out a second time). So if Jake can do it - SURELY HE CAN as well. Its the perfect eco-centric trap that Paul could lay for him.
The issue is, Woodley could actually flatten KSI with the right hit. If you watch Jake Paul vs Woodley 2, most of the match was Tyron pressing Jake hard. He was aggressively pushing forward and keeping Jake on the backfoot. So much so that Jake was actually starting to look gassed and tired in the later rounds. If it wasn't for Jake having incredible Knock Out power and patiently setting up the nuke, I actually think Woodley was on track to get the victory (by points).
So Tyron isn't going to be a pushover for KSI. I don't think KSI is going to be able run Woodley down either with his aggressive style. And KSI has not shown us that he has the same kind of knock out power that Jake has (which allowed him to end the match). So there is various ways that KSI could lose this matchup.

Let's be honest: the only way KSI is going to get any closer to securing the Jake Paul fight is if he fights people who are legitimate competition. I mean fighting Woodley could be in consideration, but if he's going to fight him, he's going to need to fight someone who has that star status and has been winning their fights. Names that pop up for KSI's next opponent before Woodley: Dillion Danis, AnesonGib, Slim, Dr.Mike, Faze Sensei (he's actually a good boxer) if he had KSI's killer instinct he'd be a demon., So many options but if he does fight Woodley right away, I don't see him winning because Woodley is not a bad boxer (he's just missing that killer instinct).

People forget KSI did a poll before his first fight with Logan and that poll didn’t even consist of Logan but despite the results he choose to fight Logan even tho he could’ve fought Adam or Fousey. I'd love to watch KSI fight Tyron because of that added factor of comparing his performance to Jake's, but I do think Dillon Danis is the smartest fight to take. I haven't seen anything from JJ that would make me confident he could beat Tyron at all, but I do think he could beat Dillon, the guy clearly isn't in love with fighting anymore, we don't even know how much he's been training for the past few years and even if he has, he still doesn't have the same amount of boxing training, let alone boxing experience, as a guy like JJ does. Dillon is also a pretty big name and he'd make that build up interesting, and to top it all off he would introduce KSI to the MMA community. I suspect MMA fans may even get behind JJ to knock him out because of how disliked Dillon is.

Woodley on a full training camp and on his 3rd pro boxing fight is not worth the risk. Only W JJ can take is beating him easier than Jake but the risk to reward in the eyes of the public is not worth it. Jake struggled second fight before Woodley dropped his guard. Wade making a great point. If KSI fights Woodley then the pressure is on. If KSI can't KO Tyron then Jake can claim he's the better fighter. Not only would KSI have to KO Tyron he would have to do it quicker then what it took Jake. JJ would beat Woodley convincingly imo but he would gain nothing but a W in the chart. If he wants to fight someone on this level just to get his feet wet after two easy opponents I think Dillan Danis or Tommy Fury would be a great choice because them two and Jake had that whole back forth on multiple occasions so beating someone Jake hasn't helps his case massively. I can see KSI fighting Andrew Tate. That would be a good fight. Probably top 15 PPV buys. Probably would be the beat crossover/influencer boxing match yet. It'll be tough for KSI, but I think it's a good fight. I wanna see KSI vs Jake Paul as soon as possible, but I don't want it this year. KSi needs to fight Danis, then 2 more people. Then maybe fight Jake in the summer of 2024. KSI vs Jake easily hits Top 10 PPV buys of all time.

I've got to disagree with you on this man. Woodley is a real challenge and Slim and Danis aren't on the same level. I really want to see JJ fight someone who won't sh*t himself when they feel this mythical power of JJ. Woodley will keep on fighting no matter what and is a real brawler and it would be an excellent fight. This risk to reward thing is basically him ducking Woodley. That's literally it. His own fans want to see it, Woodley is down and he'll make a ton of money from it.
