Thanks Manny! You sound so great, just like the first time I heard you in your first year with the MN orchestra! I studied with Bernie Adelstein in 1954-1957. He was so laid back and still played great. One time Antal Dorati was going to try and break him by demanding he play a High C in the Copland's Fanfare. Bernie just kept playing it flawlessly and finally told Dorati he would keep playing until noon by union rules!! Stay healthy &Y Happy! Doc Papke
I loved the video! I will checkout the Minnesota Orchestra on youtube. I think a follow-up video is needed. I wanted to learn about Bb or C trumpet which looks like the latter . And off course, that must be a Monette too🤓🎺
