Price difference is 1200$, but for the 329$ KORG Liano it’s pretty Amazing and when you MIDI lightning cable it to an iPad and use iGrand , then run the output TRS to a powered speaker it’s a game changer
This comparison doesn't count as there is great price different between them. Sure Yamaha's keyboard sound quality is awesome but at this price range korg can provide this much sound quality
If you think the piano sounds on the MODX are nice, then you have no idea about piano sounds. You should be mentioning the piano sounds from a Yamaha CP88, the Yamaha YC88 or Montage, not MODX
Sir do you recommend Korg Liano ? Im asking because I need lightweight carriable keyvoard and playing lots of arpeggios. Is it enough for fast and clear arpeggios ? Is it good enough roland go piano 88 or fp series ?
I'm curious whether we were listening to the sound coming through an amp (or the onboard speakers for the Korg) and then mic'd up with a phone, or whether this was recorded direct. Considering the background noises, I'm guessing this was mic'd up somehow, which could obviously make a huge difference in the perceived sound quality for each keyboard. With that said, both sound nice for their respective prices.
I love the deep dark sound of the Korg on piano.
Thanks Bro ....😀👍

Why didn't you do the fair comparison by using sustain pedal with the Liano too (and not just the CK61)?

You can buy 6 Korg Lianos for the price of the CK88 :) Need to compare the Korg to a Casiotone CT-S1
The CK is just way more natural sounding. wow.
of course, yamaha ck is better ....😀👍
I really like the second piece you played! May I ask its name?
The Yamaha pianos especially taken right from the MODX are so nice and crisp and full. Getting mine today, so excited!

I bought a Korg Liano it’s one step above a toy

Bad comparison.
No sustain pedal vs with sustain pedal.
Position of playing keyboard to express felling
Price range gap.
Different product category
Thanks for your input, bro....
I will fix it 😀👌

@@pieterbalaqita1753 Do you remember whether the sound was coming through the Korg's onboard speakers, or whether it was running through an amp or PA?
