Japanese characters are so beautiful... whether its Katakana, Hiragana or Kanji, i feel like there are so many ways you can be expressive with them.
I learnt hiragana the left style but now Im in love with the right style.

How would you describe the two styles? Is one more professional? Is one more friendly?
I'm not a real japanese, but I would guess that one is more traditional and one is more modern
Bit late here, but the difference is similar to printing & cursive
One wouldn't describe Hiragana as "more cursive" or "less cursive"
Hiragana originated as a result of simplifying "cursive kanji".
It's rather called "running script" and is adapted to writing in columns. If you pay attention to the ending of their last strokes, you'll find hooks. That's where they are readily connectable with one another top to bottom.

Some has barely noticeable difference and some has quite remarkable difference...

And yes the hiragana く came from the kanji '久'

Observation (Basic Training)
You must be very exact with characters.
(using a grid and correct character line placement) with (repetition)
Hard as character lines are not placed symmetrically. (must be learned individually)
Hard as Hiragana/Katakana PDFs are all different. (what a pain!)
Hard as Hiragana/Katakana PDFs are all stylized. (always an odd version of at least one or more characters)
After that you can try out or develop style.
I don't really get letter size or spacing in sentences.
I guess you need to do a course.
But there isn't anything in English. (other than basic courses on Shodo strokes) 永

There were some interesting ways here that I haven’t seen before. But there were two things that I have seen that are not here. One is a way of writingそin which the top part looks something like the English letter Y. The second is writing the horizontal bars inも before writing the し part.

I’m already finished with learning all of Hiragana and now I’m learning Kana. Then it’s Kanji which is a nightmare

A tip for anyone seeing this: kanji are annoying, but not impossible. A few things make them a tad easier:
1. There's only a few radicals that always repeat. And several kanji are derivatives of simpler kanji. With enough vocabulary you can infer the meaning of most kanji you've never seen before.
2. Kanji writing follows a strict set of rules (which is why you should pay attention to stroke order when first learning kana) . This allows you to count the number of strokes in a kanji (an identifying factor) and know how to write them. (Excellent if you use Jisho, for example, where you can draw kanji you're looking for.)
3. LEARN VOCABULARY FIRST. The kanji for the words you learn come later. This way the learning process is very natural.
