This morning I woke up, starting my day with my funky music. So I started this song and I woke up with that awsome sound of the waves. I lived in Costa Rica. I slept at the beach next to the water. Day and night I heard the waves. And when they were huge, the sound of the thundering waves collapsing at the water was immense. I felt the movement in earth underneath my resting body. It was the most intense healing I have ever experianced.
