I think it depends on the exact skill level and confidence of the beginner! I'd recommend going from the top of Mccoy station first to see how you do with that. It's going to be a lot easier from the top if there's some fresh snow..still pretty thin right now. You can always slide on your heelside edge or butt to get down but make sure you're not a risk to other skiers and boarders so give everybody plenty of space, stick to the side of the run and have fun!!
