Taylor American Dream Sunburst Series Demo from Peghead Nation

- Taylor's latest version of its American Dream line is built with walnut back and sides and features sunburst finishes. The guitars are available in Grand Theater (AD11e-SB), Grand Concert (AD12e-SB), and Grant Pacific (AD17e-SB), and in this video, Peghead Nation's Teja Gerken demonstrates all three models.

Love how a cheap inexpensive guitar is $2,000 now. Still want the AD12 though.
Preference amongst them? I’ve been eyeing a Taylor AD12E-SB model. I really enjoy walnut as a tone wood. Thoughts?

Ad11 or 224 koa dlx is better?
Grand Pacific seemed the better sounding when fingerpicked, but all sounded terrible with the plectrum....too bright and buzzy.
They're blowing out the mic. Both are great strummers with lush sound and harmonics. The 17 is best if you're primarily a strummer.
