thank you first video that actually just gets to it explains the solution in a an easy way that makes sense not complicated at all two thumbs up thank you perfect!
I have Chrome cast2 and my LG 20inch led monitor HDMI to VGA converter using but not working screen resolution out of range 67.5khz/60kz show the screen . but audio out is working but no video please any have ideas. HDMI to VGA converter is good I give 5v converter but not working...
Just what I'm trying to do, but I didn't think the vga cable would supply power to the hdmi/miracast dongle. Thanks for the video! *edit* Just realised that the dongle has its own power input. Thanks 👍
One helpful video. Can you use any phone with this setup, or just certain phones with certain specs? I assume miracast works with any phone with direct wifi capability?
Thanks. Apparently the HDMI output of the miracast device is more important. In 2013, I was trying to use the same VGA convert on a MHL adapter without success. You can see that here: ua-cam.com/video/b93-NSKLrjQ/v-deo.html
Yes, there's a latency. But it should be acceptable for a powerpoint presentation. You can cast everything whatever is shown on your mobile device. Have a look in my recent video and you can decide whether the latency is acceptable for your purpose: ua-cam.com/video/0RJYSgYs9sk/v-deo.html
More details about AnyCast, see video: ua-cam.com/video/VYWPDWB7f9I/v-deo.html
This not miracast
There are models of the anycast that come with a vga adapter that fits it perfectly

Does any cast device required a Seprat power source?
Please sir, where did you plug the USB cable for power to the anycast
I was using an USB power adapter (my phone charger).
Where did you take power(USB cable) for anycast device?
I was using an external adapter. But if your projector has an input for USB drive you can try that, too.
Could i use for vivo or oppo for my cordya projector c6?
Sir...my anycast moniter ...show this..'out of range'' how to remove it?

Yes, it does.

The phone has to support miracast.
@@bigboss97 wow you replied , Thanks . One more thing , do I need internet connection to use it ? I heard crome cast needs two phones and internet.
I haven't tried Chrome cast. Apparently, two devices have to log into the same network.
