For the colts, it's not always about who's getting paid, in fact sometimes that mate serve as a hindrance, players being comfortable losing that hunger. Having said that in my humble opinion it's a lot about continuity., You bring it up plenty of times, THE LOCKER ROOM, that must exude/carry on the field as well. Even with that being said the colts might have all the pieces, they might have the wrong guy running the orchestra.
