Sir, I registered for the J2S program on July 8th and am on track to complete it before July 31st. I would like to confirm if I am still eligible for the sweepstakes or if my registration date makes me ineligible.
As you said the first 200 participants who completed the modules in the month they will get that certificate so in this we will have to register on that month ya we can register before the month in this we have completed all the modules
Hi!! No matter in which month you register the program you will only be considered for PD 1 voucher in the month when you complete the entire modules. Suppose you started learning from May and the last module you complete in July and if you fall among the 200 persons completing it in July then you will receive the voucher. I hope that clears. I have already registered and completed my Trailmix module. And now i want to receive swag so i need to update my address. But when i go there to update my address, it always getting an error that wait 24-48 hours
Can you tell me that if we register in the month of may and complete some modules and in the month of June start will be completed all the modules then we will get Salesforce platform developer 1 certificate
See whether you complete this modules in may or June that’s not a problem, just after completing all Trailmix modules ,Certification vouchers are available to the first 100 eligible Journey to Salesforce participants who complete all Journey to Salesforce Trail mixes.
And by this certificate vouchers you have to give exam of pd1 developer..!
Hi, I completed few modules in Trail 1 and Trial 2 mix and today I registered and completed pending tasks am I eligible for Swagz or not and I uploaded my address as well . But i didn’t get any confirmation mail stating address confirmation or swag. Kindly let me know how many days will take to get the update.
Hi, usually we do not receive any email notification for updating address or swags transit however we do receive email when we register for the Journey2Salesforce program and sometimes when we complete the entire program. If you registered in the program and then completed it then there are chances that you will receive the swags.

I completed journey2salesforce program did not get completion mail what should i do now i tried to connect to support and raise a case but i not able raise a case and i emailed them 2-3 times about the issue but not getting any reply please help it almost a month that have completed program but there is no progress

I have Completed of Journey to Salesforce but I didn't have my schwag
I hope you had registered for the program prior to completing the program using the below link

If yes then you should have received an email about the successful registration and again when you complete the program you receive email for completion. If these 2 emails were received then you will definitely receive the schwags as well however there is no email to track schwags as such.

I complete 1 or 2 trial mix and get bottle but i completed 3 and 4a also but after complete 4a trailmix i did not get successfully completed trailmix email and also in trailmix 4a it is showing 71% complete but check one by one every unit i complete and every module i complete
Hi, when you have completed the module but it still shows incomplete then please raise a case with trailhead there is a separate section for such type of issues to be addressed.

What I will do for other certifications program except PD1
You can explore Trailhead and look for any Quests available which will provide certification voucher, if there are no such quests then probably you need to get the discount voucher(searching internet) and pay the remaining amount for other certifications.

Hi! If your city isn't available on the list then please select the one which is closest to you. While filling the registration form you can see the same information message when you hover over the ' i ' button just beside "City" input column. Hope that clears. Thanks

Hi. I am your new subscriber. I have registered to the journey to salesforce platform. I have completed all the trail mixes(1,2,3,4A) in the January month,2024 and I have received the water bottle and about to receive the T-shirt. But I have not received any Completion e-mail as of now. I am not worried about the certification voucher, how do I connect with the employers and Also how to share my Resume?? Usually we receive completion mail however sometimes its delayed or missed but you will certainly receive email regarding employer connections probably from the upcoming month from the completion time where you will be asked to select the companies where your resume need to be forwarded and accordingly interviews will be scheduled.

Maximum it will take 15-20 days to complete the trailmixes meanwhile in between you will receive the water bottle followed by t-shirt and finally chance to win PD 1 voucher post which you can appear for interviews. Thanks

Hi, I started learning journey2salesforce learning path to get certificate voucher, the total program should compete within one month of registration then only will get the voucher?
Its not like you have to complete within 1 month from the date of registration rather whenever you complete the program you will be eligible to receive the voucher for that month. Suppose you register in June 2023 but completed in August 2023 then you will be considered for the voucher however it is first come first served based that is only 100 people get voucher every month.

Hi, I believe you should have registered first and then completed the program in that way they would have tracked your progress however in your case you might have to reach out to the journey2salesforce team via email if there can be any exception on this.

I think there is already a section in the beginning of the program where you need to update your contact details and address to be able to receive the goodies. However post completion of the trailmixes there is no manual steps to be done rather the team automatically dispatches the schwag.

I completed trailmix 1 & 2 and i get water bottle but i want to get t-shirt and bag then what i do?
Once you complete trailmix 4 you will receive T-shirt for sure however bag is lottery based. I would suggest focus on receiving a PD 1 certificate voucher worth $200.

Form fillup is required only once that is after completing trailmix 1&2 and the T-shirt will be delivered to the same address after completing trailmix 3&4.
