One major task in being a business owner is HR and payroll. With having to wear so many hats as the business owner, dealing with the headache of HR and payroll is truly something that should be delegated to a QUALIFIED organization. I haven't taken on my first client yet but I already have payroll services set up with a reputable company. You have to have people, checks and balances in place. In other words build your TEAM!
I thought about doing payroll myself but Coach you are absolutely correct, I do not want to be responsible for not paying that tax to the IRS. One less thing to worry about for a small fee.

Coach I’m a new startup and I work a demanding 9-5 with a little flexibility. I’m struggling with knowing when to pull out and be with my business FT. I need that income however but also need the time to market and run mine own business which is from home. Please advise.
Hello, I have my whole application under review currently with the state, can you make a video on what to expect from the initial site visit before getting approved for your license? Thank you
Hi Michelle, I love love love your videos and I would love to get tickets for March 2024 workshop, I am starting this business & i’m super excited and pumped.. I’m on and ready to go one quick question can I get this business started from my home office?
Thank you so much Coach Michele. In a video you posted about a week ago you said that you recommend startups to hire a RN as an independent contractor vs employee. Do you recommend hiring a RN as an employee PRN or an independent contractor when you are in start up?
Hi, it depends on your state’s rules first. I’ve always hired RNs as independent contractors. If you hire as an employee you may want to do PRN unless your state or regulations state otherwise. Facebook.com/iamcoachmichele
Hello Coach Michele I have been watching your videos from the beginning as your shared your humble beginning to now and I'm very happy for your success stay bless
Can you tell me is there a specific percent or amount to put aside for annual taxes if using quick books you were speaking of when you’re doing payroll itself?
In Florida I've seen some companies start off at 12 but majority are starting off with 15. I'll have mines going soon in a few days. I'm starting off at 20

I recommend you do market research and competitive shopping to determine what your local market pays.
