Hello! Why are you not using Dark Harvest (especially in Low Elo). I think it is more useful rather than Comet. Doesn't it?
When playing shaco in lane (especially in solo lanes), you dont actually have any decent ways to get your opponent low enough for dark harvest. Your boxes dont do a huge amount of dmg untill you get liandry's, and your e alreaady serves as an execute baseline. In most scenarios, comet will proc more often, more reliably and jsut help getting that anooying poke on your boxes and e while laning. And once the build does come online, most of your damage comes from damage that is applied over time, i.e liandry's, boxes attacks, clone boxes etc. Shaco AP is not the assassin character most people believe him to be. Long story short, comet offsets the weakness of not having a reliable way to get your opponent low in lane, whereas Dark Harvest would just get you a big e proc every so often.
