Robert: My parents think I'm gay.
Ray: So what? If they tell everybody they know, that's 4 people🤣🤣
It so random Marie breaking into song like that. It is so funny.
😩🔫
What is there a gas leak in here😂
All Robert wanted was pancakes. He never gets anything easily.
Marie: Robert's not gay. He's a policeman.
Frank: One of those Village People was a policeman.
FRANK....I told you never to mention that! 😂😂😂😂
This is one of those special clips where the laughs are evenly divided among all the characters present. Their interaction sounds so natural; their timing is perfect. And there is no one-upsmanship, no glory hounding. A masterful--no, make that masterfully funny--scene.
One little kid actor was singled out, unethically so.
@@choleluvstoshop8134 I hear what you're saying, but that's a reflection on Frank's coarse character more than anything else.
@@deantheodosiou2886 I have no idea what he is saying. What little kid actor he is talking about?
@@Zodroo_Tint Jeffrey, one of Ray's twin sons. Frank is of the belief that is exhibiting " homosexual tendencies." Jeffrey is not in this scene, but it's a running "gag". Again, this says something more about Frank and his homophobia specifically.
Perfect comment, even the grammar!
I laughed so hard at this clip 😂😂😂😂
Oh my God, the whole discussion was so pointless and hilarious! lmao
No. It's haunting since a young child was singled out. Quite a weight for a young actor.
@@choleluvstoshop8134 What?
@@choleluvstoshop8134 Okay, so you talking about one of the boy actor. Both of them is about 5 years old in this time of the show and nobody knows which one is which.
The joke was obviously on Frank not the boy because a 5 year old person has no sexuality, they are all asexual people without exception. So it is obviously was a joke without victim. If there was any victim it was Frank but it is well know what kind of person Frank is so it doesn't hurt his image more.
There are no gays or straight among 5 years olds. This is a new concept and this concept is false. 5 years old humans are all asexual therefore the joke doesn't hurt anybody.
@@Zodroo_Tintgo to public school today, it’s no longer asexual at that age in public school.
"But I have no problems with the gay people" 😅😂
"What the hell is happening!"😂
"Is there a gas leak in here"?
Robert…..It’s fine with me if you’re gay dear! Lmao
“knock it off that’s how it starts”😂
When Robert finally got some affection from his mother it will almost immediately turn into a bad experience. :)
He outrank me i couldn't say no 😂😂😂
....He outranked me, I COULDN'T SAY NO
OMG. What a mess 🤣🤣🤣
Ray always starting it 😂😺😂😺
Franks story just made me die
2:52 Poor Frank !! He's d best best🤣😂🤭
Sounds familiar. My husband’s family are exactly like that. They can weave a whole fantastic story out of nothing. It’s maddening.
Ha ha Jeffery runs funny lol
He outranked me I couldn’t say No, The Final Line was Funny 😂
It’s the only thing that keeps me alive.
This show ?
The times when is about Robert he doesn’t ask if it’s about him 😂
Love this show
Poor Frank.😊
Ray is wrong for bringing it up to his Parents, knowing how they are. Then telling Robert to ignore them. The damage is already done
The actor who plays Robert absolutely mastered comedic facial expression. Guy sold every word with his face.
Poor Robert.
At least she accepts him.
No, she accept gay people not Robert. :)
Funny but this is the best chance for Robert to be loved by Marie.
I wouldn’t.
Ray really isn’t a very good human being. He’s selfish and It makes Debra crazy.
Marie and Frank my favorite
They definetely the source of the most comedy but I like Robert just as much.
People don’t make this big of a deal anymore about someone being gay, do they?
Actually.. wit a mother like Marie.. I am shocked neither of her sons was gay.
They definitely couldn't make this episode today.
One of those rare moments in the show where Marie's kindness actually outweighs her ignorance. Who knew she would be the most progressive one in the family. Even if she was way off base, it was still a very subtle, but nice moment from her.
I'm not sure she is not doing this on purpose. She is Marie after all.
Feel bad for Robert too
Poor robert he didn't give amy a ring now everyone thinks he's gay.
It's what a lot of women do, unfortunately. A guy breaks up with his girlfriend and people start questioning his sexuality. Happened to my brother with one of his ex-girlfriend's saying he was gay because she found gay porn on his phone. Since women do most of the dumping/breaking up, it's a blow to their ego when a man dumps them.
@@ThePatriots010304 Why was gay porn on his phone? It doesn't mean he is gay of course but it is weird.
This misconceptions are common in the 90s. Single guys are always accused of being gay.
"Hello, I'm queer and now I'm here!"
Love it 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Maria isn't helping any Lol
I feel bad for Robert; Amy dumps him just because she didn’t get her precious engagement ring yet, cry’s to Debra about it, puts it in her head that he’s gay, Debra gossips to Ray about it making Ray question everything, he brings this up with Marie and Frank and Robert is the last one to find out that everyone is thinking this way about him.
Thanks for the backstory ❤❤❤
Yep, that's the way the world goes round!
Your Home Of The Stars From Hollywood Video
Nothing says happy pride month like this
Still, for the 90s this is pretty progressive
Frank 😂😂😂
😂😂in this day this would have been cancelled
1:40
0:30
😂
One of those village people was a police man
This episode would get BANNED today for being homophobic.
Lol
My name is Jeffrey that's not cool Frank
Frank made fun of Geoffrey because he thought he was gay, and then years later the twin who played Geoffrey (Sawyer Sweeten) took his own life, one of the reasons being torture and taunting due to his rumoured gay lifestyle. Who would've thought...
Liar.
😂😂😂😂😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤ crap
Disparaging aka controversial
comments towards a little kid cast member, not cool at all.
That was not a comment toward anybody, when someone makes an ignorant comment they make fun of the character not the one the character is talking about. This scene makes fun of Frank and Marie not Robert or Ray or the kid.
I love Trump and Biden
What does that have to do with this?
@@joewhitehead3 Everything has to do with Trump and Biden. Get educated man.
@@BobGred Not everything is about politics
@@joewhitehead3 It kind is buddy .
@@joewhitehead3 It kind of is buddy.
While this episode is hilarious, it’s absolutely dated. Today, most parents wouldn’t make a fuss, in this day and age it’s a 50/50.
Can’t freaking stand Frank’s character. Terrific actor but what a crummy and unlikable character.
Frank is literally the best character in the show what are you on
Then you should not watch the show, it's like if you don't like the meet in the hamburger you should not eat hamburger you should eat something else.
I never got into Friends for example because some of the character annoyed me so I didn't watched the show, this is how it is working.
@@Zodroo_TintI like the other characters.
@@ethanweimer-kopf6907He’s an old gross creep lmfaooo
@@Zodroo_Tint ugh you don’t have to like ALL character in order to enjoy a show! I hate ray and Debra but still like the show because of the other three characters. Frank s an awful man and his macho attitude is cringe and makes me angry too but other than that he’s funny like Marie and Robert.
Disgusting
Gay people are not disgusting, what they do in their home is their business and nobody else. Sexuality overall can be seen as disgusting for those who are not into it no matter if the people are straight or gay but sexuality is not part of the everyday world 24/7 so we don't have to care about it.
