- Also know as GaoGod in Gaoranger. This repaint and slight remold of the Wildforce Megazord is pretty cool but you should only add it to your collection if you are a completest.

when my brothers and I were little we had 3 wildforce megazord sets. the wildforce megazord, predazord, and animus. my older brother took the predazord while my little brother got animus. which means I got the wildforce megazord. and you know what? I was happy with. I'd play with it everyday putting it together and taking it apart. I always like putting the power ranger megazords together. they were like puzzles. did I have a lot? no, but for the ones I did have I enjoyed. I'm probably boring everyone with my rambling. I just get nostalgic when I watch videos like this.

The Animus Megazord may look like the Wild Force Megazord, but the five Zords are different animals, and they have different colours (only on the outside).
Condor is blue because it's the center piece, and having a distinctive coloured core (blue on brown, or the original yellow on red) helps to bring the design together.
I prefer Animus over the regular wild force megazord

Golden Prodigy the head is the big thing for me. I'm not a big fan of the ones with mouths and the crown just looked even weirder

Wouldn't it be cool if the individual wildzords made appearances? like the sawtooth appearing during the dark predazord fight when the giraffe spear was detatched? Or the black lion and condor forming the chest of the pegasus megazord?
Unless they didn’t do this for Animus, the Condor was meant to come with a piece that slides under the Black Lion’s head to stop the head from pushing back in and the wings are meant to stay folded out.
If only they weren't expensive, I would get them. Wild force on of my fave series for zords.

I wish I had this. Wild force was the power rangers season I grew up with, and even though it's not my favorite, it's still very nostalgic for me.

I have always liked the look of this set. I dig the more cohesive color scheme. It makes the Megazord seem much more like one being, than five random animals combined together. if that makes sense.

Know what? I preffer the "incorrect" way to put the wing. It make for a fuller and beefier chest. When you did that first transformation I was all "man, that's BRILLIANT!"

I dont know about the japanese version but apparently this figure was released "incomplete" in the US. For what ever reason it was packaged with out the spacer that slides into the lion's mane in order to fill the gap left by the wings. Its even in the instructions but was never packaged with the american version.

Animus is a amazing megazord, the 1st megazord in the entire Power Rangers series up to date by far that can speak. And in my opinion, since his transformation is the same as the Wild Force Megazord, i beileve he's it's ansestor.

I really like GoaGod's color scheme. Yes, they are muted, but they're dark Earth tones. Very good to have on a being that could be considered the god of animals.
Never saw Gaoranger, not a big sentai or ranger fan, but i want this god damn toy and i couldn't even begin to explain why.
Here's one combination that deals with power animals that were seen in the designs. If you combine GaoSawshark, with GaoJaws, GaoManta, GaoStingray, and GaoPenguin I call it GaoPoseidon

You missing to mentioned the blue blocking piece for the lion head.
It's actually a different robot and very collectable.

When you put phoenix on around 2:22, it reminded me of a totem pole
if you have the wild force megazord.
then you can switch the arms,legs, torso and head.
If you put GaoRhino and GaoMadillo in placement of GaoBuffalo, you get GaoGod Striker.
Or if you replace GaoEagle and GaoShark with GaoCondor and GaoSawshark, you'll get GaoKing Bow and Arrow.

It's Black Lion (Gaoleon), Buffalo (Gaobuffalo), Saw Shark (Gaosawshark), Jaguar (Gaojaguar), and Condor (Gaocondor).
GaoLeon, GaoJaguar, GaoCondor, GaoBuffalo, and Gao Saw-Shark were there Japanese names I believe.

Wild Force remains to this day my third fav PR series, right after Lightspeed Rescue and Dino Thunder(Because they brough back Tommy Oliver) PRWF had a good story and badass looking zords

Technically gao king or wildforce megazord is a repaint and remold of animus because lore wise animus came first

PKMN master Owen because animus was introduced after the wildforce megazord so while they used a similar mold for the zords the modern wildforce megazord is a remold and repaint of animus as I believe the Wild zords are his "decedents"
