When PURE talent like this gets passed up for the no talented big named artists of today who can't play an instrument or sing a note without Auto-tune if their life depended on it in order to sound this good is a shame. I saw Samantha Fish for the first time in Kalamazoo at the State Theater. Never heard of her, I was waiting to see Tab Benoit. She was terrific, her style and technique of a 20 year super star veteran. She totally shook the crowd. A total pure talent. I've seen Stevie Ray, Eric Clapton, Rory Gallagher and this girl playing is with the very best. I'm still buzzing two days after. The band is super tight and the bass and the drummer are top notch. Can't wait to take some people to see her when she is around next.
Rap Daddy Did she jam with Tab when he came on? Samantha, Sonny Landreth and Tab are playing at Rock and Bowl May 3 to close out New Olreans Jazzfest, and it's the perfect place for an all night jam with those three playing together at the end of the night. Tab and Sonny always play at the end of the night, but I'm hoping Samantha joins in the fun.

I am so sad I couldn't make it to Doheny Blues festival to see her a couple weeks ago, since she rarely makes it to SoCal. I may have to do a Blues Cruise to see her live...

Like Louisiana Rain this another Tom Petty song this superbly talented woman does justice to. I love this woman she is one helluva performer no autotune either and she only uses delay, reverb, modulation and volume pedals on her guitars! A remarkable talent is our Samantha!
Wow...she has a pretty good voice, and knows HOW to sing. Man...she plays just enough notes...some guys play guitar like we fought Vietnam...it was all about body count...or number of notes. She gets the job done in a pleasing way. Phrasing people.....is what it is all about. Nice drumming...bass player knows what end is up as well. Nice band...they need an organ player. Good Luck to them
I was so bummed. Was supposed to see her back in October in Wilmington, NC and then hurricane Matthew rolled in and the show had to be cancelled. Never seen her live, but so want to.

Have to say that she doesn't have the voice for this song. Seemed strained at times. You can't beat TP and the Heartbreakers.
