Vast majority of his saves are 2- or 3-run leads. He is well below 50% when saving a 1-run lead. You do not want him in high leverage situations. He singlehandedly lost the playoffs for Philly vs Arizona last year.
I can't claim to have watched close to every Kremer start, but I do think he had the best stuff I've ever seen him throw tonight. Everything was moving, the fastball had an extra giddy up that I don't think the gun picks up. Just nasty.

He had no problem overusing Kimbrel earlier this season until it because a problem holding onto leads which then reflects on his job. He was the coach we needed for the rebuild and the drastic turnaround of the franchise. Now he needs to either grow into a manager of a winning team with quality players or we need to find someone else.
