Aurora Police Utilizing New Technology to Enhance Customer Service

As part of our commitment to transparency and customer service to our community, the Aurora Police Department announced the launch of a new technology that will provide certain Aurora911 callers with regular updates about their calls for service and ongoing investigations. The department recently contracted with SPIDR Tech to better communicate with and serve members of our community.
