I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. Although my channel is mostly known for dance analysis, I am currently inactive in the dance community.

One reason why Maya is also my bias is her smile. It brightens up the whole stage and most of the time it's not performative but genuine joy.
She breaks character a lot when she's supposed to be serious like in some parts of Grl Gvng and TGIF. She's so fun!

Finally someone else who freaks out over Cocona's parts, I LOVE her voice. Every time I hear her lines my bias switches up real quick 😭😭
I feel like this just looks like their "easiest" choreo. Because when i first saw it, this is their most tiring choreo. They travel much faster compared to other and the distance is also so far. I just cant help but notice that they all made each movement look lighter than how it actually is.
about pronunciation of Hinata's name, we Japanese emphasize "Hi" the most.😊
The little steps they do during the chorus is so good 😂😂😂 Also Jurin and Cocona always have the coldest fits 👍

2:21 if you watch one of their live performances, Amy and Jurin where playing rocks, papers, scissors lol. You can see them laughing and enjoying it. I forgot which live stage but Hinata was wearing a pink dress while the other girls were wearing brown tops and blue jeans lol

Probably my favorite choreo of the year. It’s just brilliant. And of course it’s a choreo for a fun and uplifting song ABOUT dancing! It’s just a perfect end to summer (although I wish it was released earlier so it could’ve been my bop all summer 😆). The GROOVE is everything here, and it gives a sense of realism(?) throughout - especially during those “freestyle” moments when a member gets their shine and everyone is hyping them aaahh I love it! And I love that it’s literally part of the song. Also, I love that you brought up dance movies because that is sooo the vibe. XG is my fave girl group these days. I can’t get enough!
